3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use this Site or schedule services. You warrant that any information you supply is accurate and complete.
4. Appointment Booking & Payment
-
Booking: Appointments are placed through our online scheduler, by phone, or by email. Confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of any required documents.
-
Fees: Prices listed on the Site are estimates; final fees depend on document type, number of signatures, travel distance, waiting time, and after-hours surcharges.
-
Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and other methods displayed at checkout. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-
Late / No-Show: If you are more than 15 minutes late or miss an appointment, a late-fee or rescheduling fee may apply at our discretion.
5. Mobile Service Policies
You must provide a safe, well-lit location and all signers must appear in person with valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or identification is inadequate; fees for travel already incurred remain payable.
6. Identification & Signature Requirements
Indiana law requires personal appearance of each signer and satisfactory evidence of identity. Acceptable IDs include a state driver’s license, state ID card, U.S. passport, U.S. military ID, or other government ID containing a photograph and signature.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
-
Client-Initiated: Cancellations made ≥24 hours before the appointment incur no fee. Cancellations <24 hours may incur a $25 cancellation fee plus any documented travel or preparation costs.
-
Company-Initiated: If we must cancel, you will receive a prompt refund of any pre-paid amount or the option to reschedule without additional charge.
